OUR GUARANTEE/RETURNS
 
We are sure you will be completed satisfied with your purchase from The Footstool Company. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase or it is damaged, we will offer a refund or replacement, provided you comply with our policy. To do this you should:

notify us within 7 days of receipt of the purchase, by email, mail or fax, see contact details on Customer Services page;
return the purchase unused and in perfect condition, in the original packing (unless damaged, in which case return as received); within 21 days;
return the delivery note, and the completed returns form; within 21 days;
understand that, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, so please ensure that goods are well packaged and labelled.

If you change your mind before delivery we will provide a full refund.

If you return after delivery, we will retain a £10-20 charge (depending on items) for our costs, per return, and refund the balance of the purchase and original delivery costs. All refunds will be by a credit to the original card used for the purchase and within 30 days of receipt of the goods by us. We will unfortunately not be able to offer refunds on:

Purchases returned after 21 days of your receipt, or where you have not notified is within 7 days of receipt.
Purchases that have been supplied with your own fabrics.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
