We are sure you will
be completed satisfied with your purchase from The Footstool
Company. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase or it
is damaged, we will offer a refund or replacement, provided
you comply with our policy. To do this you should:

notify us within 7 days of receipt of the
purchase, by email, mail or fax, see contact details on
Customer Services page; |

return the purchase unused and in perfect
condition, in the original packing (unless damaged, in
which case return as received); within 21 days; |

return the delivery note, and the completed
returns form; within 21 days; |
• |
understand that, you are responsible for the return
shipping costs, so please ensure that goods are well packaged
and labelled. |
If you change your mind before delivery we will provide a full
refund.
If you return after delivery, we will retain a £10-20
charge (depending on items) for our costs, per return, and
refund the balance of the purchase and original delivery costs.
All refunds will be by a credit to the original card used
for the purchase and within 30 days of receipt of the goods
by us. We will unfortunately not be able to offer refunds
on:

Purchases returned after 21 days of your
receipt, or where you have not notified is within 7 days
of receipt. |
• |
Purchases that have been supplied with
your own fabrics. |
This does not affect your statutory rights.
